HEALTH & SAFETY

Health and safety are among our core values of Aquila. Protecting employees, contractors, and the public is important to us. Health and safety issues are carefully considered throughout the project life cycle, to provide a working environment free from harm. We believe all worksite illnesses, injuries, and deaths in building and construction are preventable.

Our strategy involves: site safety and health planning and management, education and training of workers and supervisors, and constant monitoring of the work environment.

THE WORK SAFE HOME SAFE IS SUPPORTED BY:

  • A comprehensive and fully developed management system per OSHA

  • Fully trained personnel at all levels, particularly site management teams, aided by our in-house training team

  • Access to current health and advice information

  • Regular inspections and audits of the companies’ premises and operational construction sites by our health and safety team
